Attended this surgery last week and was very impressed with the dentist Dr Sharon Pimley, very efficient and pleasant will definitely return for the recommended work.

Come to this doctors surgery on a regular basis, I really like their waiting room, it doesn't feel like a doctors waiting it feels more homely, the place has a relaxing feel to it, which is great for a doctors surgery! I am always looked after quick when I come in, and the receptionists are all very friendly and welcoming and very helpful! the doctor I see, ha to be one of the best I have been to ! she listens to me and does what bet for me! reasonable prices, but they also do bulk billing. Parking can be a hassle sometimes too, but overall a great place and highly recommend !

Okay first of all this is going to be a very long review, I used to see Dr Karen Redman, the best doctor I have ever come across (and I have been to a fare few), she listens to what you have to say, doesn't judge you and is very supportive in your medical issues. But my opinion of the whole practise (especially the manager) isn't so good. My daughter recently go kicked out of the doctors surgery for missing an appointment (I didn't know about it) (had also recently put in place where only I can make appointments) so I was wondering why this rule had been broke by the staff, I called the manager and wanted to talk to her about this, she said she didn't want to talk to me about it, it was done. so I called her back and she continuously called me a conniving, manipulative bitch (she would not let me say one word to her!) She then went on to make me cry and then hung up. so I got my daughter and we drove down and i got my daughter to go in and the manager pulled her out side and from what i heard was that this lady kept calling me names and my daughter ended up going off at her (she has BPD). and is/was seeing a psychologist on are referral for suicide prevention and they have now decided there going to take that referral off her and leave her without medication or a psychologist, very very disappointed, horrible place, but Karen is a great doctor.
