They lost my cat!! I unfortunately would not recommend this cattery. 2 days into her 5 day stay, she somehow escaped from her secure enclosure without any type of explanation from the owners. The follow up care & concern was very disappointing. After searching myself every morning & afternoon for 9 days with some help from a professional cat catcher that I was lucky to find my precious cat. I was very lucky to have a good outcome from this very upsetting experience. Good luck to anyone that uses this company in the future...

I was looking for a place to put my cat into for the holidays and the prices around my area were very high. I saw Cleo's cattery had a reasonable price on google search and decided to give them a go. I was very impressed with how clean the living area was as well as the set up.

The owner was very polite and happy to help me with some medical prescriptions my cat had to take. He was also happy to update me on anything he thought I needed to know, including the occasional photo while I was away.

Our cat looked very calm and happy when we came to pick him up.

(I also enjoyed the thought Cleo Cattery put into Christmas, with a toy for my cat as well as a lovely ornament in honour of him to hang on our tree).

I will be coming back again.

New owners Alex and Elena care about their customers.

Alex was very kind to intervene and sort out my issue with the previous owner Raj and they have done a great job renovating the cattery.

I look forward to boarding my cats at Cleos Cattery again under the new ownership of Alex and Elena.

Thank you!

New owners and the website has not been updated. Would give -5 stars if I could. There is no love or care for the cats. The cages are very cramped with no room to walk around. New owners did not ask for vaccination records or any health information, no interest whatsoever in the cat. This Cattery is now just a quick cash venture. Please do not leave you cat here. Our cat was meant to be there for 2 weeks but we pulled him out after 2 days. When we got there to collect him the chair and scratching post he had, had been removed and he had nothing to allow him to get up onto his bed, cage had not been cleaned.

Cleo Cattery is no longer a genuine cattery. We've been going there for the last 5 years where our cats were well care for by Lesley who genuinely loves cats. Under the new ownership it is clear that Cleo is solely about making money and no longer focused on care for the pets. The business will not succeed if it continues this way. We'll be going elsewhere next time.

What was once a lovely business owned by a confirmed animal lover is now an absolute disgrace. Please think twice before leaving your precious cats here. It is filthy & depressing and I saw zero access to fresh water for the cats in care. From what I saw, this is nothing but a cash only tax dodge by an owner who showed no concern or care for the animals he was entrusted to care for, in fact he seemed completely apathetic to the needs of the animals. Is all about making a quick buck & I am so concerned for the cats in care there and feel it is only a matter of time before a much adored pet either gets very sick from neglect or dies. Please reconsider leaving your cat here.

There are new owners as of 2018. The website hasn’t been updated. Be aware not the same level of care. Go & visit for yourself before booking your cat to stay & ask lots of questions. The rumours have proved to be correct & nobody is on-site full time. Make your own mind up & go somewhere else as I have.

When we went to check out Cleo's, Lesley kindly took us on a tour and spent time showing us everything, (which we appreciated), and we saw a very happy cat population, so when we dropped our two moggies off for a Christmas stay we knew they would be well looked after.

We loved the way the cats could wander around and were not confined to their cages all the time, and it was obvious Lesley loves her guests!

Would we go there again? Definitely!

We always receive great service at Cleo's cattery - our two Burmese love the socialising and freedom to roam about and always return home happy! Also the facilities are great and very affordable plus Leslie and the staff are also very nice and helpful! We know our Burmese are well looked after at Cleo's!

We put our kitten into this cattery for the weekend while we went away for a wedding. i was very comfortable leaving our kitten as the owner was so lovely, she took me right through the cattery and showed me all the other cats. the cats arent in a small cage i was very impressed with the sizes of their 'temporary homes' they all had a little bed and scratching post in each section plus there own food and water dishes. plus they also get alot of free time roaming around. when i picked up our kitten he didnt want to come home was having so much fun with the other cats.
over all was very impressed. resonably priced and open on public holidays too.
