We were able to book the service the day before! They sent us a notification via email and gave us a phone call follow up an hour before arrival the day of. The cleaners arrived on time with great attitudes, and they were kind enough to provide more customized pointers about what they could clean.
Our office space looked and smelled great by the time they finished, we will use them again!
It's a very organized service in terms of on time scheduling, billing. I was able to request a day and specified time for each week which they have agreed to and maintained. It's a very good cleaning service - always complete and great job.
