I booked these guys for a move from Melbourne to Sydney. They gave me a 4 hour window that they would arrive within (between 8am-12). Eventually they arrived over 3 and a half hours later than the 'window' they gave me.
Personally I find it frustrating to be given a 4 hour window. Surely if you are a professional business you can commit to a specific time.
I called their 'customer service' many times during my LONG wait. There response was "they are coming" After they did eventually get there I called them back and the reply when I complained about they delay was "well we got there on the day we promised, you should be happy"

Hi Mr Fussy. Citymove have change the interstate backload service and customer service procedure.
All interstae east coast moving is done in house like the other 10,000 moves per year done localy which currentl has a 4.5 star average and over 345 reviews on other leading review sites.

It's quite interesting that every 5 star review on this business is by someone with '1 review', '10% trust factor. I think the star rating can sometimes be 'misleading'.
