I almost cancelled my appointment following my last visit due to not being comfortable with the fierce upselling for hair products that went on. I wish I had. My most recent experience was just as unpleasant. From the moment I went in, there were negative comments about the state of my hair and the need for products to improve it. My hair is in good condition - I get it cut regularly, it is not damaged by colouring, not grey, it falls straight. Although it is fine and always has been fine, I like my hair. I like how it shines, how soft it feels, how easy it is to blow dry. The hairdresser seemed to be in quite a bad mood. I couldn't work out whether this hairdresser had a problem with me personally, was annoyed that I didn't buy products, was generally unhappy or all of the above. They cut my hair aggressively slightly cutting the back of my neck in the process and did not apologise. They also blow dried my hair aggressively and dropped a clip on me. Granted the haircut itself was excellent and stylish. But I don't want to be insulted and assaulted for a good haircut. Not unreasonably, I want not only a good haircut but also a feelgood and relaxing experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been coming to Circles in Subiaco for about 6 years, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the business and the staff.
Aimee, ( one of the most gorgeous girls you could ever meet and who also happens to be my hairdresser) introduced me to an amazing product called ' Densifique' by Kerastase.
I can honestly say that after 3 months of using this product on my super fine hair, I now have hair that is thicker and stronger and for the first time in my life I am actually wearing my hair down.
This product is 'Amazing' because it does exactly what it says it will do.

I had the most amazing experience with Jeanette, from Circles of Subiaco, she made the transition of moving from my hairdresser who had retired a breeze.

I don't think my hair has ever been washed so thoroughly and the massage after was divine. She listened to what I wanted and delivered a fabulous cut. I would highly recommend her to anyone out there looking for a good cutter. She even took the time to show me a fabulous “going out style” that I could create with my straighteners – WOW.

I'll definitely be going back :-)

I have been to going to Circles just over a year now and you cannot get a better haircut/colour in perth! Becci has become my regular hair dresser and is amazing at what she does! She always helps me get the best look suited to my hair. Would easily recommend her to anyone!! Amazing!

I came in on Saturday (23/11/13) for a complete restyle from very long thick hair to a short thin haircut. I was quite nervous as my Dad has been the only one to cut my hair my whole life, im not that precious about my hair but Circles definitely put me at ease. From the moment of talking to a lovely lady on reception to my very experienced stylist and even the Saturday girl. I love my hair and had many compliments. And after watching my dad for over 20 years I can honestly say that it is a REALLY good cut. Will definitely be going back. Thank you Janette!

Had my hair extensions taken out here and coloured was quoted $220. The first day 3 came out so just left it then 2nd wash 7 more came out. They made me wait then charged me $370 coz they were behind on time. Rang and owner said they were the best clearly not and told me to come back in after chucking out hair as they ruined it wouldn't even refund for there stuff up worse salon and service

All I can say is WOW! Yes it is expensive but frankly I've been wasting money for years and never really been happy. Jeanette is just amazing best colour and cut I have ever had.
