I never go to Raceivew at all even though i stay a suburb away, really no need for me to go there. I was at the Raceview shops by chance as i had take a client to the post office. As I was sitting in the car i noticed the Circle T Meats butcher, had a sign they won an award for best pork sausage. I thought id better go in and check this out. Bought 4 of the award winning pork sausages, cooked them up and hands down the best port sausages i've had in over 15 years. The only best ive had is from my own country and I havent found anyone or place in Australia who can make quality pork sausages until now! Thank you Circle T Meats. I will be back again and again.

I went there today, after reading this site and the place was pretty busy, a good sign. They had ample staff working the counter who were extremely quick, I didn’t have to wait/ pick a number to order (I was pretty much served within a minute of entering). I bought about five different varieties of sausage (Jamaican, Maltese, Italian etc.) and there were still other flavours left to choose from, t-bones, pork ribs, chicken sticks and their bacon (which smelled yum as soon as I opened the bag). Totally different (stronger smoked smell) to the supermarket bacon (of which I still had remnants in the fridge). We bbq’d the chicken, sausages (don’t know what flavour) and they were very nice, t-bones and bacon (well quantity of as they weren’t small by any means). You get what you pay for as far as I am concerned, beats supermarkets hands down. Will not hesitate to recommend. I bought a fair bit so my price was over 100 (127 to be precise) but I would pay it again.

This award winning butcher is best known for their ham, bacon and sausages. The quality does not end there. Their range of meat is as extensive as is their range of prepared meat products, such as marinated lamb, beef, pork and chicken products. I am not a butcher, nor even a good cook, so my knowledge of terms is not the best, but just try them. Their staff is very bright and cheerful, they seem to know their customers, so I heartilly recommend you have a look for yourself.

This butcher have few choice of gourmet sausages. I they also win sausage competition at Ekka. Customer service is quick and efficient-great. The price is also not too bad for gourmet sausages.
