I have been seeing these Drs since they were at Edgeware Rd, not any more! The staff are rude and could not be any less helpful. I was misdiagnosed by a Dr who was more bothered by the 5kg I had gained than the fact that I had whooping cough (which she did not pick up on). This same Dr told me that she thought I was probably miscarrying without enough information to do so (how she passed medical school I'll never know)!! They do not bulk bill and charge for every minute they can. There is no logic from reception staff who do not try to be helpful and are quite happy to get rid of you. My family and I were loyal for 18 years and are much happier seeing Drs who can actually be bothered to help and diagnose correctly.

No bulk bill, ridiculous fees, rude service, rude staff, this place is not what it used to be! Staff don't care about their patients, they have ridiculous policies and fees. Not a practice focused on helping people at all.

I have been a patient at Church St Medical Practice in Newtown NSW for over 10 years. The surgery is fantastic, they are extremely accommodating and professional, nothing is too much.
My Dr is Michael Trang, he is exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and just explains everything so well. I can’t recommend him highly enough, he also specialises in skin checks. To be honest, all the doctors are great with varying specialities.

My old medical practice Edgewater Road medical practice merged with Church St medical practice. The care is excellent from the booking & care of reception staff to the doctors. I have been with 2 of the doctors for 29 years, they know when & who to refer me onto specialists, they are caring but also strong about caring for me. Weight control, dietary advice. Flu shots now that I am 66 & other specialist needs which is age appropriate . I have seen 1 doctor regularly however as she has holidays & training away I do get to see other doctors. I feel safe in there hands & know that they haven’t bedt interests at heart no matter what I have.

I have been seeing one of the doctors here for about 10 years and have been very happy with the service I have received. The centre is popular and you may have to wait a week or so for an appointment. However, you can ring at 8 in the morning and if there are any cancellations for that day they will fit you in. The practice is in a convenient location just behind the middle of the Newtown shops near the Dendy.

This is a great surgery that has a variety of doctors available. Not all of the doctors bulk bill though so make sure you ask when booking. The turnaround time has always been quite good when I've been there and all my visits have gone well. Average pricing structure.
