Being a single female is was a very daunting thought to call a handy man. After reading reviews of Chris I did call his company. To my surprise the reviews were correct. He was professional on time and charged a fair and very reasonable price. Aside from this he arrived 2 hours after my call. Had Chris in 3 or 4 times now always does a great job. Very professional turns up on time and is more than reasonable on price. He doesn't seem to drink coffee though so I'm going to stop offering it :)
