I went to Choyez for removal of gel nail polish and reapplication. Clearly the girl was not trained as the removal was very rough and she filed my nails so hard two split and two are thin as cellophane. She pooled the polish on my cuticle and under my nail and then UV cured it to my finger - she tried to use clippers to separate the two. When I politely pointed out the mess to the Manager, I was met with indifference and no apology. My nails are a mess and I will NEVER go back. Rude and unprofessional.

My partner purchased a gift voucher for me as a special treat. I had a Deluxe Facial. My skin was analysed to determine what products would be used. It began with a cleanse then exfoliation. This facial also included an ampoule & a mask. I was finished off with a moisturiser. I also received a face, neck & scalp massage throughout the treatment. Parking is a nightmare & is mostly paid or time restricted. The therapist was friendly enough & the facial took longer than expected which was nice but also unsettling as I lay there concerned I'd put enough money in the parking meter! They also have a Loyalty Rewards Program where you receive 50% off your sixth treatment.
