There is always freshly cooked good food , chickens are tasty, good value for my money

i like that they usually cook your food fresh and that it hasnt been sitting out for ages waiting to be sold. they are always friendly here and u have the option of didning in or taking it away

I've been going here on and off for years inbetween getting my haircut and visiting kmart. Great milkshakes and nice to have the occasional toasted sandwich or indulge in some chips or potato cakes. The staff are friendly and the prices are perhaps a bit more than I would expect but still a good choice to visit when in Belmont.

pretty turned of by this place since my partner got very sick after one of there seafood baskets.. ill eventually go back as every other time it was great

i stop in frequently when i am shopping for a hot chicken roll with gravy from here or sometimes ill sit in and have a snitzel and vegies....yummy food very reasonably priced,the chips are always hot and freshly cooked...the staff are lovely and always up for a chat

It is the first time I have been here for lunch and I was very impressed. The staff work really hard and are very friendly and it is great value for money. Lots of choice and nothing was too much trouble for them. Well done. Keep up the good work

I would have to agree with the previous review on Chook and Hook, they do amazing chips and gravy! Being so close to Kmart and Coles, it is a convenient spot to stop in to and grab some take away. I often get the chips and gravy with chicken. I have tried their salads and didn't think much of them, but the chicken dim sims are delicious. I wouldn't rave about the service, but the food has been good enough to keep me coming back.
