I started going to Jeff in mid 2009, I was an absolute mess - I couldn't go for more than 20 minutes without feeling pain in my back and neck. Now, I live a pain-free life! Jeff's even been able to help me with other issues I face, like scolioscis, bad posture, bad feet, sore joints and migraines. He has shown me that it is important to see a Chiropractor to ensure optimal health. My breathing is better and those aches and pains are gone.
