My experience at Chicken Wizard started with the terrible service and it did not get any better as the TERRIBLE food gave me food poisoning

Fantastic takeaway, Burgers and sensational as is there chickens and fish. Lovely fresh salads as well. Highly recommended

Burgers are always good, a little bit of a wait but worth it. Staff can be unaccommodating when asking for changes to set meals etc, even if your willing to pay extra. Will go back for the food.

Chicken wizard has always been my go to place for lunch! Their schnitzel burger is amazing and their Portuguese burger! The new owners seem great and the quality of food is still exceptional!

Chicken is quite dry, but their burgers are amazing! Buns are quite fresh and their burger patties are well seasoned. Servings are big for the price you're paying. Definitely worth going if you're looking for a good local burger joint!

Salads are fresh, delicious and the selection amazing! Hamburgers are huge and extremely fresh. Chickens good size but can be dry on occasion. Service outstanding and the staff friendly to all. I can see why they are always busy! Ticks all the boxes.

As hot chicken goes, there is a lot of stiff competition as businesses learn to up their product lines. I do not live in this area yet so I have had another chicken shop to compare and I must say that chicken wizard, while freshly cooked and cleanly presented and very edible, did not live up to my local who make their chicken to be succulent and tender and not over salted. I had the chicken caesar salad and with a hot breast piece, no chips and the meat was dry to the bone. Lovely skin and definitely edible but not juicy. My daughter had a massive chicken burger with all the trimmings and again much of it was overcooked. I like this business as they are long term goers but we can all learn new tricks

Food is really good, would definitely go back, but the staff need to learn how to be a bit more friendly. The guy who runs the register really needs to learn how to smile :)

The food was very good and it was great value for money. There portugese chicken burger meal is the best. There are also great salad options to choose from.

Has the freshest free range BBQ Chickens with 7 different salads to choose from. Good alternative if u can't be bothered cooking. Wonderful chicken & chips, better than most others in the area. Service can sometimes be slow but it is worth the wait.
