Worst beauty salon ever!, it is not even worthy of one star, the staff on the desk was so rude, and was on the phone with boyfriend while I was waiting to be acknowledged at the desk. very unprofessional for that kind of money, might as well go to a cheaper salon! why pay more for the same treatment and no service. Once I was finally acknowledged i was rudely told to sit and wait my turn. An apprentice did my treatment and was so rough with my skin! I will never be going to Chic in Penrith again, and I recommend no one else does either.

I have been going to Chic Penrith for around 8 years and I love them to death. They are so professional , caring & can always accommodate me for anything I need. I am not the most confident person but all the girls are great at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I honestly couldn't fault a single thing with their service. I have recommended the salon to loads of friends and will continue to do so. I am looking forward to being pampered by them for my wedding - I know I am in excellent hands! I am amazed at the previous comments in regards to quality of service at this salon. I have attended this salon for about 10 months now and could not praise the girls more. They are always bright, happy & welcoming. My treatments have varied, from manicures,pedicures, waxing & skin analysis. I have had IPL and Oxygen treatments on their recommendation and all I can say is the results are amazing. People are always commenting on how clear my skin is and Im in my 50s. I have been going to chic for a year or so now and I have had a few treatments here! I am amazed to see these reviews because my experience with the staff has been delightful!from the reception to the room I have been pleased with my therapist sharmras great work and the only other ones I know by name are nicola and Gemma and they have been nothing but very welcoming! I love going there and would recommend it to anyone! Especialy for the wonderful staff that buissnes is so lucky to have.

I've been going to chic every few weeks for awhile now. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The ladies are amazing. I get nothing but friendly profession service. A big thanks to Nicola for a awesome work with my facials my face has never been better. Can't wait for my next one and more to come.
