Very enjoyable massage, found all my sore spots. Very friendly staff.

Website lists hot stone massage @ $85 an hour with no mention of any additional charges. Booked online paying $20 deposit, then showed up on the day and was told I needed to pay extra for oil + remaining money up front. I mentioned there was no mention of any extra charges anywhere on the website and I was not given any legible reply. Was led to a tiny claustrophobic room with hair on various surfaces. I then asked for refund and was refused. Threatened to call the police and said I’ll stay here all day and was arrogantly told by manager “Fine, if you stay here all day I’ll give you your money.”

I have enjoyed numerous treatments at Chi Link Hornsby over the past few years including massage, cupping, reflexology and acupuncture. Each time I came away feeling vastly better than when I entered. Their practitioners are all experienced and friendly, they don't keep you waiting and they give very good value for money compared to some other centres. On several occasions I have needed help with acute pain (muscle spasm, back or neck pain etc) which they have always been able to relieve. Once I just went in for their special $10 10-minute neck massage which relaxed me enough to be able to face a morning at the shops. Whether you are there for 10 mins or 2 hours they still treat you as a valued customer. It is good to know that no matter when you go or who treats you, you can expect the same quality of treatment and warm customer service.

This place went a extra mile compared to some of the others by adding a hot oil routine into your tired body. It felt good. Sometimes though i feel that they do not do the best job and keep on at it at the same area, which is not very nice massage.

I have been going here for 5 years now and the person I see is just amazing - I get fixed in the one sesson as opposed to multi sessions at other places I have been.

This was my first time at Chi Link, Westfield, Hornsby. I had a 30 minute therapeutic massage, which cost $40, but after my MBF refund, it cost me $14.00, which was good! I felt a bit claustaphobic, as I was 'squashed' into a small room, where another person was receiving a massage, with only a thin curtain between us. We couldn't hear each other, or each other's masseuse, which was good, but a private room, with a bit more room to move would have been nice!!! I felt the business was typical of the many Chinese Massage Shops that abound at the moment. However, the masseuse was satisfactory, and managed to find the knots in my shoulders and back (ouch!)

Despite being in a mall full of other businesses offering the same service, this business really takes very good care of you. Having shopped around for massage therapist, I've found that this place has the one of the better therapists in the mall.

The staff are polite and welcoming. On arrival I was offered a hot drink and seated to wait. The massage therapist was one of the best I've been to. Will definitely be returning!
