We used Chess for a local move (only moving, not packing.) They were happy to come at 8am on a weekday to give us a quote as we were unavailable during office hours. Their quote was very competitive. The move itself went well, they were careful and organised, and the whole thing was done in about an hour. We had no issues.

They dont follow through on what they promise. Furniture is still waiting two weeks later to be shipped to new location when they said it would be here during the week or christmas and new year. They dont answer emails and are rude on the phone
