Great products. This one time i had bad back pains and i went to this chemist and they had good suggestions to take the pain away really quickly. Also good prices

I always shop at chemist warehouse in Victoria park. Such a great place to shop. Always great specials on just about every product you need whether it be prescriptions, vitamins, cosmetics, fragrance. The customer service was outstanding, was served by a lovely young lady with excellent service. Will be recommending all my friends an families to shop there.

I have been a long time customer of this store but have recently noticed a decline in both the customer service and the overall store.

The aisles are always cluttered and difficult to manoeuvre your way around the store. They have recently moved everything around inside the store so it's very difficult to find anything you are looking for without assistance.

I recently purchased my daughter a bottle of the new Justin Beiber perfume for her birthday only to have her disappointed on the day when the sprayer did not work. I immediately returned it for an exchange (that day), only to be told that it was lucky I'd only bought it two days prior as they would not have exchanged it had it been longer. They appear to have an unwritten policy that if you've had the goods too long then it must be your fault and not their suppliers. Too bad if I'd planned this gift a week or two in advance!

I guess you have to open the packaging and check the contents immediately upon purchase and give an unpackaged gift so as to satisfy their 'policy'.

I was also very shocked to recently be told about their apparent 'long time policy' of charging $1 for each signature that you may need witnessed by a pharmacist!

I told them that I had had documents witnessed their previously and never been charged only to receive a curt reply that the policy has been in place for years. I handed over my $1 to the person who witnessed my signature at the back of the store - nowhere near a register. Needless to say, I did not receive a receipt for the 'service' that took less than 10 seconds. Not a bad rate!

The customer service has certainly taken a nose dive in this store and I won't be back. A rather costly dollar I would say.

For us, the attraction of Chemist Warehouse starts with their opening hours - held up at work and worried about getting a prescription filled on your way home? No problem - they're open Monday to Friday 9am - 9pm, Saturday 9am - 5.30pm, Sunday 10am - 5.30pm.

Their prices are usually the best you'll find anywhere, but if you bring in evidence of a lower price offered somewhere else, they'll beat it every time.

For such a large store, the service is very personal. We leave our scripts with them, and they text us when a script is due to be dispensed - we text back an OK, and they then send us a final text when it is dispensed and ready for collection. People with ready-dispensed scripts do not have to wait in the queue at the dispensary, but are given priority, which makes the process a whole lot faster and more pleasant!

They also order several supplements for us that are very hard to find, and keep one on the shelf in the dispensary ready for us at all times.

One downside - the aisles are always stuffed to the max with display bins and boxes of stock needing to be unloaded. This makes it quite hard to fit through the gaps with your heavy shopping basket, hard to actually see what's on the shelves, and it also causes 'traffic jams in the aisles'. I've complained along with many others, but no change in sight.
