Ordered some products online thinking that I could save a trip to the store. Their website says same/next day despatch but in my case, nothing happened for 5 working days. Called them and was told my order has been packed but not dispatched so I asked for cancelation and refund. Again was told I should get the refund on Monday. Waited until Tuesday and called them again. I was told the refund was processed on Tuesday and that I need to wait another 5 working days. No convenience of home shopping but more more trouble. Australia is falling very far behind in home/online shopping, very incompetent.
