This is my daily caffeine dose. Forget the other brands that are from a premade mix. These are real teas made fresh every day and made to YOUR taste. Both Parramatta stores have been excellent and so is Merrylands. I miss Top Ryde and Rhodes could learn some customer service.

I always get my fix of Chatime asian drink from here, they have different flavours like ice teas, or milk teas flavours like lychee, wintermelon, lemon or my favourite Brown rice milk tea with egg custard. The price is affordable and not too expensive. Would recommend you check it out next time you walk pass.

I love the different flavours they have, (matchagreen tea latte- YUM but may not be your taste). The service is a bit slow but the staff are very friendly. I don't really like their loyalty system though

I love these pearl milk teas, and not many places offering that are close to me. I do find the teas a bit expensive, but the service is quick and friendly. I like that you can adjust the level of sugar and of ice in your drink.

They offer average bubble tea with an average service. Even priced similar to other bubble tea joints. I feel that these guys need some sort of differentiation to really appeal to those who has become accustomed to purchasing milk teas elsewhere.

If you don't really care what you get and where, you'd be fine with them.

Chatime serves some great variety of drinks to the customers. Some must try items are the following
1. Original Milk Tea
2. Tik Kwan Yin Latte
3. Grapefruit Green Tea
4. Wintermelon Tea with Whipped Cream

Pricing is good for the drinks they prepare. However the new variety of drinks are slightly off as they are using flavoured powder to prepare the drinks making the drinks taste weird. I personally would never try the durian milk tea and the banana milk tea. Tried them before and they are not worth trying. Besides that, all others are good.

The products offered are standard and not much variety. The staffs are friendly and efficient in delivering drinks to us.

Well the menu/drinks are standard, so I shall focus on the service and speed. Service is good and generally professional if not friendly. Speed of serving the drinks are also within the acceptable time range.

Nice environment to have a cup of tea very healthy so the test isn't as good as i have expected and i hope one day the price would be cheaper

This chatime shop doesn't open after 5pm on wednesday or thursday, which is disappointing!!! no joke. the service is good...they work quick
