Mr Switzer has been repairing and servicing my watches for over 35 years. I would not trust anyone else. He is highly skilled, Yes sometimes there is a considerable wait for your watch repair, but if you want the best you have to wait that’s just how it is.

Mr Switzer has been repairing and servicing my watches for 55 years. I would not trust anyone else. He is a highly skilled, knowledgeable man whose services are widely sought. Thus at times there is a considerable wait for your watch repair, but it’s truly worth it.

Mr Switzer may well be very competent, but I took a watch in to get the battery replaced, and that's all it needed - a FIVE minute job. He said I would have to leave it for a whole month. Can you believe it? Anyone else does it while you wait. But he thinks it's quite OK for a customer to wait a month without a watch. Even if he was very busy, surely it is unreasonable to tell someone to wait a whole month over such a simple task. I would rate customer service as absolutely ratshit. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

Would only trust my collection of high-end vintage watches to Mr Switzer. I don’t know anybody else with his experience and expertise. Would thoroughly recommend him.

The quality of Mr Switzer's work is fantastic. I have been a customer for quite a while. Unfortunately his prices are a little bit expensive now so I prefer to go to the Dandenong market to get my watches fixed, batteries replaced etc

Mr Switzer continues to work from a tiny shop beneath where he lives and which he has occupied for decades. He is a supremely skillful, courteous gentleman who has always seemed to be more interested in doing a good job than making money. (I have been a customer for almost four decades).
