I have been using Chandler for the last 7 years since both of my dogs were pups. There were excited when they arrived there again recently which indicates to me that they are happy there. They even used my special biscuits that one of my dog requires with no fuss. Dogs returned happy, healthy and lovely and clean. Awesome place.

I also have a different experience to the people below. Our dog, rottie/Shepard cross, has been going to chandler on and off for the last four yrs. we looked at many kennels in the area but found chandler to be the best to suit our dog. By request he needs to be housed away from others due to his temperament and this has never been an issue even over peak periods where other kennels have refused due to this need. He is always happy in our return and eager to jump out of ute on arrival.

My experience was totally different to those below. I can only nice things about them. My dogs - 2 x border collies - spent 3 weeks at the Kennel - I picked them up to-day, they were so well looked after and had obviously been fed/cleaned and excercised. They had the same tempermant as when I left them and I would certainly recommend them to my friends. The owners were not rude but kind and genuine people. We all love our pets and only want the best for them - don't discount Chandler Boarding Kennel!

My 1 year old male lab puppy (not desexed) was housed with a male boxer, came home after 1 night with a split eye and two saw legs, diarroea and has done nothing but sleep for two days. When confronted the management was rude, agressive, and tried to blame it on my dog and me. When asked if there were any vet bills incurred I was able to pass the costs on response was " do what you want" and I was hung up on. Stay away from them. Choose Castelan chandler - I have never had a problem with them.

they are the rudest that i have ever had the misfortune to talk to.
