Really good place. The staff is friendly and the service is quick & efficient. The food was also good and delicious.

Love the dining experience at the back yard (when there is no other guests coz it's smoking zone). Most of the meals are cooked with tea. Fantastic place to hang out with friends and have I mentioned they have nice desserts (order 1 for 2).

The drinks are good, but the food is a let-down. I've heard from friends that they simply microwave their meals!! The service is average, definitely not customer-focused, it can be hard to find staff willing to serve you frequently. That being said, the drinks are their main selling point - definitely try the green tea ice-cream and red bean icee drink which is delicious! The outdoor area is filled with plants and flowers, very nice dining area.

Has a nice outdoor smoking area and is a favorite place for many to hang out. This seems to be the only appealing part of the store, as the staff attitude is known to be horrible (i agree) when they are serving. Of the many times I have been there there is not once where the waiter/waitress has smiled, this fact becoming a joke amongst the people that frequent there. The drinks are average, but the food is also pretty tasteless.
