Always had a great experience here, they put great effort into their food and service. Would recommend.

This was our 2nd visit here and the menu states that it's under New Management.

We had a 'Living Social' voucher, which was for the Beef Fajita's for 2 people. It was tender Steak with onions, capsicum and a medium heat sauce, served on a sizzling platter.

This was accompanied with small pots of grated cheese, sour cream, Tomato Salsa, guacamole and a hot sauce. We ran out of cheese and sour cream and when asked, they gladly topped both of them up, at no extra charge.

Wrap it all in a flour tortilla and it was superb!
with Four tortilla's each, we nearly reached our capacity.

However, there was just enough room to squeeze in the Frozen Rock vanilla Ice cream, which came with, Peanut M & M's, 3 freckles, a sliced strawberry, ...... plus caramel and strawberry toppings. Delicious!

Definitely worth a 2nd visit. Recommend.

We ordered online, which I thought was a tough ask of Mexican food, which can look a little roughly presented at the best of times. They put a lot of effort into separating the components though and it was really well packaged. We ordered WAY too much and it is all very rich, but tasty. The ribs were great. The kids loved their churros too.

We had a voucher for a main course each and a glass of wine, we arrived and the waiter came out promptly, we ordered our main courses and we waited, waited, waited and about 45 minutes later we were still sitting there and no one came to apologise, after we waited about 60 minutes the food finally came out, it was pretty good food but the service was slow and needs improving, I doubt i'll be back due to the horribly slow service

Great food, just slow service. Absolutely love mexican food so decided to try this restaurant with some friends.

Unfortunately we had some issues with our main meals. The waitress seemed very confused with what we thought was a simple order straight from the menu with no alterations. Yet when our mains arrived, it seemed like we received someone else order. It was so frustrating and it took forever to get it right. When they did finally arrive, it wasn't altogether but scattered.

Whilst our meals were absolutely deliciously flavoursome, service certainly was lacking.

To sum it up great food, terrible service.

Still love having a meal at Cha Chi's I don't think its quite as good as a few years ago when they were at Frewville but still pretty darn good. Love there fajita's yummy :)

nice range of food. the hot cheese dip is to die for. Large range of meals to pick from and all good quality

Not the same atmosphere since they moved from Glen Osmond Rd but still great food. They used to have meal vouchers but I havent seen any for a long time. Still worth going to for a nice Mexican meal but probably best to do take away!

Had a birthday dinner for 6 people. A Saturday night and it was 3/4 quarters full. We ordered a plate of dips to share and the wrong thing was brought to our table. 30 minutes after ordering they finally brang the correct starter. We all then had to wait a further 45 minutes for our main meal. One person was still with no meal which took a further 10 minutes to come. People had been seated after us at their table but still received their meals before us. Very disappointing. This is the second time this has happened now.

Great food, friendly service, only down point is that every time we go, they take forever to either take your drink order or bring you your drink.

Decor is nice, gives the place a fun atmosphere
