Don't trust these guys with electronics, most of there stuff are stolen goods,

I bought an I phone for $1100.00, from the parramatta store, The charger stopped working in just 2 days,
I took it back to them, they tryed to fix it but couldn't,
They said I have to wait for a week so they can get me another one from a different store!!! It's the store policy.. After waiting for a week, no phone, their answer (sorry we sold it! )
This was my business phone,
so desperately I payed extra $200 to get another one,
they gave me a difference phone,..
Took that one home, it was blocked the next day, happen to be a stolen phone, I took it back again, they tryed unblocking it at the store, could not fix it,
Told me to come back again in a couple of days and they'll get another one for me!!
It's been a week now, still no phone! And they refuse to return my money.. There answer was sorry sir if I return you're money we'll lose money!!!
It's been 2 months and I still don't have a phone and they refuse to return my money.. Because their computer says that they have the same one in store, but can't find it!!!!
I just don't get this idiots..
I'm going to the fair trading today..

This store is located within Westfield Parramatta down near the Reject Shop and Best N Less.
I keep returning to this store for its variety and quality of goods.
They have console games from Gamecube and PS2 right the way up to PS3 and WiiU.
They have 1 years warranty on all pre-owned Dvds.
Please keep in mind this is an Exchange store not a general games store - so not all of the shop assistants will be able to help you with gaming enquiries.
This store is well stocked, the staff are friendly and efficient. All pluses for me.

Wanting to find out about wii games for the kids e.g prices/availability of games/ buy sell exchange
There is quite a selection of games for various consoles.

Unfortunately the sales member that assisted me didnt know much, he was not familiar with the wii games that i was inquiring about. And could not find the game i wanted to buy.
Also was confused with wii and xbox
Poor service I would of bought if i had better service
