Damien Said is the agent and he charges above recommended rates for sales commission also he sent one of his other agents to rip up floor covering in my mums unit one day before settlement without notifying me or my mum. He admitted to doing it to my Solicitor and I am still waiting on a explanation for his actions. My Solicitor advised not to make an issue before settlement so I didn't but wonder what would have happened it settlement didn't go through and we were left with a sticky floor from the glue under the lino.
