The male staff member I had to deal with today was hostile, rude, cut me off while I was trying to explain things, and was condescending, both to me and a female colleague HE asked for assistance from. In the end I was so intimidated and humiliated I just sat there silently while he dealt with matters affecting my ability to pay for housing and other basic necessities. I agree with the other review that said the staff at Melton Centrelink consider the clients scum.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with centrelink in melton, the staff are very rude and talk down to you. You are told one thing by one staff member then something diferent by another. The complaints process they have is completely biased and i would hate to have to deal with them ever again
