We used to come here for Yum Cha on the weekends many years ago but not anymore. We find the quality and variety is not as good as before. I ordered some takeaway for dinner a few weeks ago. It was fresh and satisfactory. With the Entertainment Book voucher of 25% off, it was good value. One of these days I will dine in or I wouldn't mind getting another takeaway from here again.

yumcha was amasing here prior to the yum cha at castle towers. however the towers yum cha stole all the customers and this place is always empty. food is mainly cooked to order because what is in the trolleys are warm at best.

Not really yum cha atmosphere..

I wonder how they maintain their business with so few customers.

The food is quite good, and the location is convenient - near Castle Mall. It was one of the best in the area.

I've been here a few times in the past few months for lunch where we ordered noodles, congee & fried rice. The fried rice with chicken & salted fish is very good. The braised Ee Fu noodles is simple with chives & dried Chinese mushroom but tastes good, so is the beef rice noodles with sesame seeds, and century egg with lean pork congee. I don't recommend the yum cha but the lunch dishes are good value & better priced than many other restaurants with decent serving size. Service is quite good & staff friendly.

We have been customers of Castle Terrace for a long time now. Unfortunately since they changed owners the quality just isn't all that good anymore. The thing about their lunch time yum cha is that because everyone now goes to the more convenient yum cha in the Towers now, they often always have seats and you can order whatever you want. One downside is, they may not have made the things you want that day. Their dinner menu is excellent and have a better service than lunch. They are no longer as popular as before, but still good value.

We were there for yum cha one Sunday and we were the only table there. Felt quite uncomfortable really. We won't be back for yum Cha again. Takeaway dinner menu is quite good.

food was nice but pretty average for a chinese restaurant. Service was ok. Place is reasonably clean and prices are reasonable. Average type restaurant

Approximate cost: $18
