I didn't have my hair done at this salon as yet, i was standing out the front with my very frail mum waiting for a taxi. A girl came out who i believe was the owner and asked if we wanted to wait inside and offered us a coffee whilst we wait.
We ended up waiting for an hr and she then helped me sign up to uber. They were all so helpful and very friendly.
I have now booked myself in and have told all my friends how kind this salon was to us

I have been attending Casaellie since Kylie took over the salon. I have very thick, greying, curly hair and all the girls look after my hair beautifully. I have my hair cut, thinned and dyed as well as straightened occasionally. My 3 teenage girls also go to Casaellie to have their hair done for special occasions as well as cut. We all love being part of the Casaellie family. I would highly recommend Hayley, Kylie and Kira.
