A badly cat damaged, bullnosed bottom step. now look great. And thank you Rick for fixing the frayed carpet at our kitchen tile edge without asking, but just doing it at no extra cost.

"Stop stressing and call Rick. He is professional, reliable, prompt and most importantly brilliant at repairing carpet. We found 3 large round stains (mould?) under our bed. Carpet cleaning didn't reduce the stains in anyway. We thought we'd have to replace the entire carpet and we were stressed out at the thought of losing our bond. We had a carpet mat which matched the room carpet. It was in good condition although the fibres were a little flat. Rick arrived and worked his magic!"
