Horrible service

Terrible customer service.

Purchases a product. Hear nothing for over a week.

Message them several times to get automated messages that the item still hasn't been fullfilled.

Finally get into a human and ask when it will be dispatched. They refund my money and say, oh we don't have any.

Like, wtf! No option to wait for more, store still allowed me to purchase and it takes me contacting them several times before they realise?

Joke of a company. Spend your money elsewhere.
