I have been coming to this practice for at least 20 years, and I do not understand some of the bad reviews. The staff at reception specially Raka is one of the best ever and very accommodating. Pls understand that it’s a busy practice and the staff can be under pressure as well especially during this pandemic, it’s not rudeness. Just like everyone tiredness can change our perception of the person behind the desk.

My GP is Nicole Callen. She is compassionate and lovely all the time.

A great number of good quality doctors at this practice. The app for making appointments is very handy and the waiting room is nice and big. I've always had a feeling of being very well looked after here. It's been my doctors surgery since childhood and I will continue to go here well into the future. Do avoid making appointments in the afternoon if possible because there can be long wait times as they are happy to squeeze in emergency appointments for regulars through the day.

I have not had a good experience with one of the female doctors there a bit abrupt I and cocky I thought.not much help in the early days of pregnancy.I am changing practices I went there because of good reputation but a bit disappointed

I've been going to this doctors surgery for as long as I can remember, I've had appointments with most of the doctors there at some point or other and I've found them all to be very professional and helpful. My main doctor is great, very thorough and knows his stuff! However if you have an afternoon appointment you could be waiting for a while, sometimes I've waited close to an hour for my appointment however it is worth the wait (in my opinion). The receptionists are always friendly and will try to fit you in. The surgery has recently undergone renovations and is now quite large with a few new doctors now part of the team. The waiting room is quite spacious and they do have two flat screen tv's which are usually set to the discovery or lifestyle channel so there is always something interesting to watch. They do offer bulk billing but it depends on which doctor you see and how long your appointment goes for and the nature of your appointment etc.

Dr Nicole Callen is a fantastic GP. I must concur with the previous comment: very thorough, knowledgeable, doesn't give the run-around and very caring - excellent "bed-side manners". I like that they bulk bill for children. Never had to wait very long for my scheduled ap't. If Dr Callen isn't available, other doctors are usually available if required. Good parking nearby.

This is a fantastic doctors surgery. Nicole Callen is a fantastic doctor, as are all the other doctors who practice there. Very thorough and explain everything with great deal. Also take the time to get to know their patients.

Trying to find a doctor that bulk bills is an exercise on its own. Having dealt with dr Mark Gibb, he was will to listen to my woes and gave great professional advise. Even to the point of explaining what the medications do and dont were.
