Overall, highly disappointed with their service. My vehicle was taken to be washed, and although it looked sparkling and brand new when I got it back, they failed to notify me that they snapped my back mirror off. Highly rude and unprofessional. It was a few weeks before I got a new one and was a great inconvenience.
Hi Localperson, thanks for the heads-up regarding this establishment. It continues to astound us as to why some businesses fail to act in a lawful and ethical manner. One is left to wonder why they did not simply admit the problem and pay for a replacement mirror. Likewise, the majority of law suits could be avoided with a simple (but sincere) apology. they snapped your mirror off, that is terrible service. i will never be going here, i would have asked for a refund.
