I CALLED MICHAEL BECAUSE MY INVERTA WAS NOT WORKING ON MY SOLAR UNIT .HE PUT IN A NEW UNIT AS THE SOLAR UNIT WAS PAST IT'S LIFE TIME. HE ARRANGED FOR THE REBATE FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PAY AND SIGN REBATE FORM, I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM AND HIS FIRM TO ANYONE.THANKS MICHAEL.

We have used him 3 times. Michael ALWAYS answers his phone!
He ALWAYS turns up on time and gives a quote before he starts. Always can come quite fast. These are his marketing advantages an good luck to this smart operator. We love him and has got us out of a few jams such as central heating blowing up and power points not working

I struck it lucky choosing Captain Electric from the Internet!
I called to have 2 power points moved before cabinetry was put in my lounge room. Then I remembered that I needed to have security lights supplied and fitted at the front and rear of my home. Todd came promptly at the arranged time for the power points, and returned 2 days later to install the security lights. I would definitely recommend this company and yes, they DO go 'above and beyond'!

Called Michael after our safety switch blew and would not reset correctly. He provided help advice over the phone and accurately established the likely problem. A quick photo of the safety switch via text, and Michael was able to pop by within a couple of hours with an appropriate replacement and fitted it promptly. Fantastic customer service and friendly bloke. Even took his shoes off before coming inside! A passing comment about an oddly wired switch in the house and Michael offered to fix it on his way out. Top bloke and great service. Will definitely be calling him back if we need further electrical work done.

I called with an emergency as there had been an electrical fire in my roof. I was surprised when Michael could be there almost immediately- on a Friday night I might add. He provided friendly & understanding professional service giving us piece of mind as to the safety of myself & my children. Highly recommended!!!!

Todd arrived on time and did a fantastic job fixing the power to our evap cooler and replacing some down lights. Very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended.
