Used to be a great centre . Recently though all bad experiences, extremely long wait times , one doctor on while they have about 12 doctors rooms . Why not just close the place down ? Reception staff are rude , dismissive , sarcastic and totally lacking people skills or empathy for patients . After 15 years coming here I won’t be back .

I have been going there for more than a decade. The staff and doctors are amazingly good. Until recent took my daughter there who was in so much pain but was not treated well until I chose another doctor who treated her well and she has recovered. Although doctors know their job well I believe it is very important as well to listen to your patient if there is a concern and they are asked questions and also address that question or do more investigations .I went home with a question that was ignored by the first doctor or that doctor would have do more investigations than sending home my daughter with no alternatives leaving me to come back to the centre and change doctor who finally answered me correctly and did more investigations. Doctor Islam is one of the professional doctors at this centre .

Wanted to share my experience with you this afternoon after My Mother visited Warren - The Podiatrist.

I was greeted by the awesome receptionist - Suzanne? who at the time was ridiculously busy however she was more then happy to help Me and My Mother check in and go upstairs to see the Podiatrist

She was amazing and so friendly not just to us but to all patient's who were in the queue to see a GP.

The practice to me feels safe, Its a Safe Covid environment. the Waiting room is clean and well organised. Appointment with Warren on time. Good consultation with him too..'

Suzanne was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. She didn't even break a sweat given her manic work load with people lining up, phones going off, etc

Warren is brilliant, very caring, thorough, compassionate and non judgmental regardless of your foot/medical issue. I can not recommend this podiatrist/receptionist on duty more.'

These 2 staff My Mother felt like they listened well to her needs and I felt well Informed being My Mother's carer.

Campsie Medical and Dental Center as a whole provide a great service, especially when it involves referrals and getting the right people involved in your care.'

Everyone I spoke to, receptionist and doctors, etc are always warm and welcoming, no waiting, could not have been easier.'

Sometimes the hard work, commitment and dedication by staff at Campsie Medical and Dental Center goes unnoticed, however on this day Suzanne and Warren brought color to everyone's day!!!!

Keep up the awesome fantastic work! You all do an amazing job.

My husband and I go to this medical centre on a regular basis for many years now. We are very happy with the staff and their service.
Recently went for COVID Vaccination and felt the service to be extremely good. Kept up the time of appointment, didn't have to wait for long. Very friendly and helpful. It was a very positive experience.

I've been to this medical centre a few times for general checkups and pathology.
Mohammed in the pathology is really good, I didn't even feel any pain after doing my blood test.

I would also highly recommend Dr Abouyanni or Dr Smythe, who are both very thorough and highly knowledgeable. However, it's an incredibly slow wait for them. If you are in a rush, Dr Jhingran is satisfactory.

I've been here for a check up twice as I remember correctly, I didn't really get much out it as I didn't end up getting the proper check up I wanted. But the doctors here are better than others, they explain what's wrong provide you with information on your ondition and the wait to see one of the doctors isn't bad, sometimes don't wait much to see one. their service is much better than others and they have friendly/helpful staff at the counter. The place is also of high quality, when you go there you feel like you will be taken care of and you don't get the feeling that you're almost going to choke like in other medical centres that are really small and cramped up. so I'd definitely recommend this place and am considering going here for my next visit.
