Absolutely unprofessional service if service is what you would call it. Prepaid the charges and 4 weeks later my client is still waiting as the goods are still on the dock. A totally 'don't care attitude from the 2 directors and no advice as to when the load can actually go. Having been given 3 dates so far even that advice cannot be relied upon. I have an irate client and stand to lose a substantial order all because of the slack service and couldn't care less attitude. Never again.
