I had been a few times earlier with no complaints, however I must admit, I was not too impressed with the arrogant attitude shown to me during my last visit here. I was in the beginning stages of my first miscarriage and I dont know if i found the particular staff member helping me on a bad day, or what, but she showed no sympathy, no advice and was all too matter of fact for me - my head and my heart felt like they were being torn in two, and the unsympathetic attitude of the staff here really topped the whole experience off for me, Im afraid to say.
