This business has certain staff that need to retire as "customer service" is not their focus. I have been shopping here for four years and on average spend $3,300-$4,200 annually . Long story short, today whilst shopping, my daughter loaded over 1kg of grapes (average sized) in my shopping basket. At the register she pointed out that they were $22.00. After payment I realised that I had made an error and had not left the counter- She told me that she could not give me a refund because she had already told me that they were 22 dollars and that I had not stopped the sale at that point adding that my daughter was worth it...?? WTH?? - It was at that point that I demand that she refunded them. I asked for senior management. This was the second time that I had a run in with this lady who has no idea about customer service. After serving another customer she took the receipt out of the shopping bags which were still sitting on the counter and she handed me back the $22.00 . I told her that it was a matter of principle, and that either way I would leave their with or without a refund but the grapes were staying. Seriously this is just poor customer service- I am always one to support local growers but when they throw it in your face I always wonder why I bother. And lest face it there produce is sometimes not 100%- that same lady makes their fruit salads- Sometimes she puts the toughest suits of pineapple in there that are not edible. I think why did i just buy a $7 salad so i could end up with a few pieces of that in there? They need to lift their game in that area. And please...SMILE at your customers and say hello when they come in.
They make the best Orange juice in Sydneys West that is for sure. Have a look at the last review. It was 6 years ago. They need a fresh business plan.

I haven't found any where else in the Macarthur region that can match this awesome fruit shop - they always have delicious, fresh fruit at low costs. The fruit you buy from here can almost always be guaranteed to last longer than fruit from supermarkets, etc. Their fruit is so cheap that I can afford to buy extra to feed to my Indian Ring necks and my Guinea pigs. I wouldnt buy fruit from anywhere else.

Has a good range of fruit and vege. They often have locally grown produce which is VERY cheap. Like $1kg for plums and nectarine and leeks 3 for $2. The homemade salads and dips that they sell are fantastic.

Great prices and really good service. The fruit and veg that these guys sell is second to none and the pricing leaves all other fruit n veg places for dead. The staff are always friendly and being a privately owned business want your custom.

I think this fruit shop is the best in the camden area, the fruit and veg from this shop makes the stuff from woolworths look like they got it out of there rubbish bins.
There prices are very competitive, there's heaps of parking, easy to get to and the service is fast and easy

I cannot say enough good things about these people! The fruit and vegetable quality is 2nd to none! The prices you just cannot beat, example 10 kilo potatoes are often only $4.99!! How can you got wrong. The weekly specials draw crowds from every corner of the district. Their staffs open warm friendly demeanor is 1st class, this is truly what service is about! All the locals really want to keep this great little business all to themselves but in the big scheme of things the more business they get the more they will grow. Well done guys!

This shop looks like a tiny fruit market from the outside but stocks the best fruit in the Camden area. I love the variety available and the prices are always cheap. I always stop in and buy fruit but can never go last the natural yogurt.
