Chai latte with honey is a winner from here. Super yummy and just the right amount of sweetness. They close early so be aware
Love the chai lattes from here with honey. They use the best chai powder. Service is generally quick and friendly. Very popular with mums with babies for lunch
Coffee is good, banana bread is good. Outside smoking area is handy (not many around anymore). Service can be hit and miss. Last time I went they were super friendly though
It's a shame it shuts so early!!
This place closes really early which is disappointing. When the rest of the shopping centre closes at 5.30pm they close at 4.30pm. Bit of a pain.

Lovely coffee and chai lattes. Can count on them always being good. Delicious offerings of food here. Slices and cakes are yummy. Can get very busy around lunch time so be prepared to wait or get there early!
Best Chai lattes in the centre! I always ask for them with soy milk- makes them extra yummy! All the food looks delicious although I haven't actually eaten anything from here!

I went to the cafe because 1) Gloria Jeans was busy and there were no tables free there and 2) they have a children's play area. Well, I was slightly disappointed. I noticed that 2 of the 4 tables by the children's play area were not cleared, so when i ordered, I asked them to clean one of the tables so I could have my daughter play while I drank my coffee. Well, they didn't and I waited and waited until my coffee came and I asked them again to clean. Finally! Secondly, the children's area doesn't look like it's been cleaned in forever.

Caffe Ortica is great. The food served is always neat delicious none the less. The service here is really good - staff are always willing to assist you. Situated in the shopping centre of Westfield Southland, there will be no difficulty finding it.
Good location and away from the really busy part of Southland ;-)
