Great staff, great food, great coffee, love the eggs Benedict. New location top end of main street, near cheesecake shop.
Good range on menu for a cafe. Parking in main street, also council park 5 mtrs away. On street dining or inside if hot or raining.
Love the coffee here, good size takeaways as well, large is large, not medium.
My favourite new place for breakfast.

Approximate cost: $15.50

We wanted to try a new cafe and found cafe tempest on the main road in Wallsend.
We ordered two vegetarian breakfasts at $12.50 each which was quite good value than other places. 2 eggs, 2 toast, spinach, mushrooms, fried tomato and a hash brown. A decent size serving FTW. The mushrooms and tomato weren't burnt, and was firm on the outside with soft interior, beautifully done. The cappuccinos was average in price but they were worth it. The right mix of milk and coffee with no burnt taste.
Their menu was a good size and at a lower than average price.
You can eat in or takeaway.
Limited seats though, and this place was packed for lunch when we went.
We will be going back for a second visit.

Approximate cost: $32
