This place has gone downhill! There used to be a lovely bunch of girls who we could count on who were always friendly and new how we liked our coffees, but since the renovations, the place may look nice but the staff are all new, making me think the management has changed - and not for the better! Very over priced for what you get, not enough staff who know what they're doing, and not the friendly atmosphere it used to be.

I ate here with my hubby and baby on Sunday. I've eaten here quite often in the past as it's conveniently not in the hustle of norwood and usually allows us to bring out dog along when dining outside.
We ordered tortellini cabornara and entree lasagna and were sooooo disappointed! The lasagna was cold in the middle and was majority bol sauce and hardly any lasagna! For $15.70 for a entree lasagna i was quite angry! When I told the waitress, she said "oh, ok, i'll heat it up for you". She took it away brought it back and it was even smaller than it was before! She even said, we didn't heat the salad for you! (like i should be thankful!)
The cabornara was nice but also is eating a jar of cream.
Very disappointed as the food here is generally really good. I don't know whether the chef was bored or not there and whether the young girl who served us even knew how to smile!
However, the gelato is nice there and they have a very wicked picnic cheesecake there!

Modern cafe with beautiful food, the service is okay, but can be improved. Pricing for meals is good and the quality is amazing. Definitely will return

They have great food here. I had a pizza last time and it was very nice. The toppings tasted fresh. Also they have this awesome hot chocolate- its very very thick and it tastes extremely rich because its mostly just chocolate. I recommend that if you buy one you share it.
