I've unfortunately had to withdraw my patronage of a few years after giving several attempts of redemption. They have nice food and coffee but the service by the head of the company [redacted personal identifier] is appalling.
His manner is acusatory and disrespectful which I've observed with other patrons but recently with myself.
The other staff are helpful and approach with maturity and respect for their customers but the head [redacted personal identifier] behaves as though he has entitlement to behave so poorly to people he does not like or disagree with.
This type of review comes after much thought and consideration over a long period where it needs to be said. To me customer service as all jobs need to display decency and respect which wasn't displayed by this person countless times.
I would give zero to his manner and lack of service but a 4 to the rest of the hard working staff.

I was at Knox city on the ground floor so I went for a coffee at Cafe Otto, I received the coffee I ordered relatively quickly and the staff member who took my order was friendly, as a result I was satisfied with the service, the coffee was good not the best coffee I've tried but still an ok place to get coffee. They have plenty of seats available so you can sit and enjoy whatever you ordered there.

First time I had been to Cafe Otto, the staff who I ordered a coffee from were friendly and I received my coffee relatively quickly, the coffee I ordered tasted pretty good so they know their stuff

This is by far thw Best coffee at Knox City Shopping Centre! Quick service on the run and also some great food to choose from. Alway have some good magazines and newspapers around to read while enjoying your coffee

My coffee was good and the service was so prompt! Better than any other cafe I have visited here or overseas. And LOTS of newspapers for customers. Well done guys.
