Amazing place, coffee, food atmosphere, staff & service everything just perfect. Sure, recommend it to others.

They have a great buffet with a chocolate fountain, fresh seafood, including Balmain bugs, blue swimmer crabs, and of course prawns and oysters. Their desserts are delicious, and the chocolate fountain is a favourite with kids (and adults too!) This is one of the best buffet restaurants, and the variety, and quality is good. The only drawback is the service. I had a gift voucher, and paid by credit card for the remaining balance. Unfortunately the waitress took the gift voucher, and put the entire bill on my credit card! As there were 7 of us dining that evening, I nearly had a heart attack when presented with a bill for nearly $500!!!! Luckily, it was eventually fixed up, but I was still quite unimpressed. However, despite the mixup, and the lack luster service, we would still return because of the quality of the buffet and the wide selection.

Located in the Shangri-la, you would expect the best quality food and you do get beautiful quality. However, this time round, there appears to be less food than before and there are often empty trays of food. The seating area is often not set-up so a lot of waiting around is needed. But the fondue is beautiful and also the highlight.
