Very nice food. been going here for 10 years. The service needs some improvement but overall we will still continue to eat here. Not badly priced for Burwood.
Approximate cost: $20
This restaurant along with another restaurant called al aseel are the best two lebanese restaurants in sydney in my point of view. The staff are lovely, a belly dancer comes on certain saturdays making the atmosphere very fun and vibrant. Try anything you want it's all good but if you want to try everything on one plate, banquet is the way to go. pricy yes but well worth it
I went to try this place unexpectedly. My friends and I was wanting to go to Georges Cafe however by the time we got there it was packed and we were both starving so we decided to go for another option. Somewhere close and more quiet.
Since this place didn't have the same amount of customers we had lower expectations for the food.
Food came promptly, the wait wasn't too long. The food was a lot better than what we expected, the chicken was succulent, lamb was cooked perfectly, I couldn't ask for more. The staff was also friendly when I asked them for more sauce. I would definitely be going there again.
Just hope the next time I'm there it wont be super busy that I can't get a foot in like Georges.
Approximate cost: $avg
love this cafe, hang out with my husband and had some food over there. Everything went well just the price a little bit high! but for the environment and cleanness, that's fine, that's why I said the value is ok
this lebanese resturant is on the main rd of birwood,as they have out door seats and table, they have great kibbi fresh or fried, tabouli was so tasty with olive oil and lemon, houmis is nice and tasty as we had it with lebanese bread prices are good as u get what yoiu ordered
This lebanese restaurant is to me one of the best lebanese restaurants in sydney. Totally everything from his tabbouli to his chicken and meat and garlic is DELICIOUS. However one tiny (:)) downside: the price is high and you have to expect between 40 to 50 $ a person
im from lebamese background and find it hard to find good lebanese resturants but i was in burwood few weeks ago and got told by a friend to go to cafe Dor,had some cafta which is like a mince meat rrissole but shapped into a sausage shape,we had houmous with lebanese bread which was like homemade, prices little pricey but tasty food
One of the best Lebanese and Mediterranean food in Sydney . Affordable prices, quick service, welcoming and lovely staff. Try it.
best Lebanese restaurant food in the area by far, a bit expensive but its really worth it.
i just wish they put newer Lebanese music and they have the Lebanese beer on their menu :)
Approximate cost: $35
a bit expensive but compared to the other lebanese restaurants i find it the best with amazing hommos and garlic sauce and 30-35$/person
