Went there on weekend and boy it has gone downhill. The restaurant only had 4 tables occupied yet the service was poor. Meals came out at different times and one of the meals served was incorrect. The waiter took it back to the chef who said it was correct and that is how it is served. How rude and unobliging. We ordered papardelle ragu - I think we all know what ragu sauce is - this came with meatballs on top and when we queried it the chef said "that is ragu". We ordered a different pasta and it was tasteless and partially cooked. The eggplant in the dish was awful and rubbery. The prices are not exactly cheap so they definitely need to pull their finger out. They are lucky they are still in business considering most of the other places have closed down.

I have been to Caesars for dinner many times, including a few birthday celebrations. I think the food and service there is brilliant, but has declined in quality over the past few years. It is a pretty relaxed restaurant, great setting in the Italian forum. I was not impressed with the cake-age charges per person the last time I went for my birthday dinner, hence I have not returned since.

We enjoyed a lovely meal at Caesars a few weeks back. Although the forum is looking a bit quiet these days, the night life still sparks. Caesars provided us with some of the most deliciously tasting pizzas we've ever tried, and the service was great. The staff were really friendly, but not in your face. I would go back there.

My family & i love this place for it's casual, relaxed atmosphere, friendly service, delicious food & great value! All of this in a beautiful environment, particularly during the evening with lovely forum surroundings & lights.

Cheap seafood baskets. Nice cosy location as it is tucked away in the corner of the italian forum. The service is alright most of the time. The main reason i go there is for the seafood basket though.
