I’ve been a tenant of Caboolture realty for four years. The property management team is amazing. They are always willing to go that extra mile and when my maintenance is reported it gets done straight away. Sharon has been the best property manager I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been renting for 20 plus years.
I definitely recommend them as they are the best in Caboolture. Fantastic job Ladies.

I just want to say thank you to Vanessa and Sharon for always going the extra mile we have been tenants for over 2 years excellent customer service quick to respond good communication and they are very professional they are always following up on maintenance at the property and emailing and keeping me informed about what’s happening with the jobs that need to be done Vanessa and Sharon are lovely ladies friendly and always willing to help thank you for your excellent service

Very rude and inexperienced staff that were unable to complete basic tasks within their job descriptions or communicate effectively. We were forced to use a shared bathroom (with toilet) as a kitchen sink for 93 days (yes, three months!) after we reported our kitchen sink tap was not functioning. I would not recommend this service to either a tenant or landlord (because I prefer my agencies to be able to maintain my properties prior to any major maintenance developing or incurring additional costs that can be prevented). The service was non existent and the communication was increasingly unprofessional in each subsequent interaction.

I am a mortgage Broker and have many dealings with Real Estate Agents around the Moreton Bay Region. I do not have any knowledge of the rental side of the business, but have many delaings with Joe Maver the owner of the business. He is very approachable, and happy to help in any way he can. They have a good reputation ask for Joe

Had no problems with our old Property manager until we got a new one this year (don't want to shame her sadly) and all we received was hell. I had advised her there was wall rot (termites) and other various items that needed to be fixed, but these items never got addressed to.
She then found out we were in the process of buying our first house and was telling her we will give a months notice when & if the time comes.
She took this as a verbal agreement (WHICH IS ILLEGAL) and told the owners that we were indeed vacating. Long story short - she tried evicting us without grounds and I pulled her up on this.
If this is the way they handle business (hanging up on calls) then they SHOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS!

Excellent property management. Go the extra mile to ensure their tenants are looking after your property. Regular inspections and updates to owners. Sales team are professional and willing to take the time to answer your questions.
