I wouldn't recommend this business. The two guys were lovely but were extremely slow and complained about the heat and himidity constantly. It was very hot and humid but we moved in February 4 yrs ago and the weather was identical and our experience with previous movers was much better faster and a lot cheaper although we moved a much further distance. It took 5 and half hrs to move us 5 mins away from where we lived. It was definitely not what we expected given our previous experience with removalist. We had high expectations and even though the staff were very nice and took great care of our furniture I wouldn't recommend this business due to the cost which was largely attributed to the slowness which they attributed to the heat. $910 to move a three bedroom plus office 5 mins down the road was more than I expected to pay for this service. I did address this with owner but he didn't have a problem. I always read reviews before booking a service or go with other recommendations. For me this move was not good value for money and didn't meet my expectations.

Approximate cost: $910

The guys were 10 mins late, not a biggie. They were quite personable and appeared careful of what they were doing but they took 6 1/2 hours to move me, 5 1/2 of which was just loading the van. I was only moving 2 streets..

I had actually downsized my possessions since my previous moves, the longest if which took 5 hours, so I was expecting this move to be a lot quicker.

I messaged the owner in the day and am yet to hear back

Approximate cost: $845

We needed to relocate all of our furniture from one house to another. Both two storey houses and requiring upstairs lifting. I rang Geoff on the Thursday and they were able to come on the Saturday Morning.

He asked about stairs and I told him that we would move everything except a treadmill downstairs into the garage to simplify the job.

On the friday night my wife and I started to move as much furniture downstairs as we could and I realized that there was a lot more than just the treadmill that we couldnt lift. I expected to get a serve from the removalists over not having everything downstairs (I had been dealing with some really nasty tradespeople that week) and was not looking forward to Geoffs reaction to my understated job.

Instead he was very happy to help (made no deal out of it at all) and him and his helper just got in and started immediately. They new what needed to go into the truck first and even at one stage saw my wife and I struggling with our mattress (damn that thing was awkward to move) and told us to put it down and let them do it.

I was blown away with the service and they managed to move the entire contents of our house in 2 1/2 hours. They even put most of our furniture upstairs at our new house without being asked. (I told them they could leave it in the garage and we would figure it out ourselves later)

Overall really friendly and really hard working. Thanks guys.
