I don't usually leave reviews but I wish i could leave zero stars for this business. I bought a voucher for a deluxe car wash from Burwood Deluxe Car Wash on Scoopon. I drove all the way out to Burwood to redeem my voucher only to be told that the outside of my car was 'too dirty' for me to redeem my voucher without additional charges. They tried to charge me an extra $10 on top of my Scoopon voucher to clean it. Not only was my car quite clean inside and out, the fine print on the Scoopon did not mention any extra charges for 'dirtiness'. There is, however, mention of extra charges for 4WDs or larger vehicles. I am very disappointed. They were so rude and unconcerned with the fact that I was going to complain to Scoopon and publicly review their bad service. I have since spoken to a few friends and have read some reviews online. It is evident that I am not the first person that this has been done to. I have complained to the ACCC and Scoopon and I hope they are investigated for their terribly rude service and the fraudulent claims that they are making to consumers through Scoopon and other deal websites. Do not use them. They are awful and should be shut down.
