I have been taking my pets to Roger for many many years, he and his staff and associates have always been wonderful, caring and efficient. As with many of his clients, Roger has seen my pets from young animals thru their old age with respect and dedication. Thankyou to everyone there for your ongoing service and good humour.

I was charged $93 for s two minute examination of my dog. Have anti inflammatory antibiotic pills. I was shocked. There was someone else there who was charged $80 for giving her two cats injections. Why is this cheaper dealing with two animals taking more time, two injections, than what they charged me. I will never take my dog there again. It's a rip off. Particularly to new customers. I recently visited a different vet clinic and was charged $44 for the same service.

We have been going to this surgery for over 30 years. Roger is wonderful, the girls excellent. We have had to call on him many times out of hours, you could not ask for a more caring vet and team who have gone above and beyond for our pets & us

We have been bringing our cats to these vets for 9 years now since we moved from the mainland. The vets and support staff are highly professional and very friendly and approachable. Our animals have benefitted greatly from all of the staff's experience and expertise (numerous surgeries, patch-ups, routine check-ups, chemotherapy, dentals), etc. We couldn't be more thrilled with the service this practice offers its' clients (and their owners). An exemplary practice all around.

My Dog hates the vet- we literally have to drag him in through the door, but once he is in there the staff put him at ease. They are fantastic with him and are great at sending out reminders when he is due to be wormed again. I recommend them.

Our two cats have been there for over seven years - they did take a year off to visit Queensland. The vets made sure they had all they needed for the trip north and then checked them out again when we returned and keep them up to date with their vaccinations. The service is excellent and the vets are great. The cats are so cooperative when they are there it makes me wonder how they do it.

Approximate cost: $150.00 for two

Our girls Sammy (5) & Lucy (2) have been attending Burnie Vet since they where born. The staff are fantastic, friendly and down to earth and the vets are 2nd to none, professional and caring.
Our girls love visiting the vet every 3 months or sometimes we just pop in for a friendly chat.
Sammy had ear problems as a pup but after much attention, caring and professional advise (and a small operation) all is good.
Thanks Burnie Vet for looking after our girls.

My partner is on a disability pension and I a carer pension, so don't use that as an excuse. You obviously where treated how you treated them.

My dog had a very large lump on the side of her neck which burst leaving a gaping wound. The vet operated to remove a significant amount of dead tissue from the site. She is now well on the way to recovery thanks the their care.

I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. When I had to put down a family pet because of a badly broken leg the vet was very consoling and took the families financial stand into consideration and left a lot of their services of my bill and took care of everything for me. When I recently took my other dog there after he ate a bottle of ant rid the vet again took care of everything for me and nursed him back to good health and again took my finances into consideration.
