I have used Burleigh Tint Shop for the past 10 years, their service and professionalism is the best . Their staff are so friendly and looked after my Mother so nicely when i sent her in to get her car tinted they took her to the shops & picked her up as soon as the car was finished. They have also tinted my house which looks amazing. Their prices are so good with big discounts on returning. I have nothing but praise for Burleigh Tint Shop.

I have recently used Burleigh Tint for home window tinting and have had nothing but a really horrible experience. Their website has lots of positive experiences for car tinting but I would not use or recommend this company for home tinting. I rang their company with my window measurements for a quote and made an appointment . A management staff turned up with samples and a tape measure but no tinting , started remeasuring and re-quoted double the initial price.I cancelled the job as I couldn't afford a double in price, l later renegotiated another price and went ahead with the job. I then found the double glazed window hadn't been done as requested and contacted them. They said it was all my fault and would have to wait a week before rudely hanging up on me.I rang a week later and a staff apologised and said that the staff'd mixed up the window sizing and they were out of the required tint but would call me when it was in. The staff then sent a text giving me a new date when they would fix the tinting but I'd have to pay another $60, I agreed to the date but not the price as they didn't do the job I requested. The day before I received a call that the management staff would come for a discussion but not do the job. The management staff arrived and was very intimidating and aggressive, in a ten minute meeting managed to tell me 5 times that the job was done incorrectly because of me, even gave a different reason why the quote doubled in price, then said they'd be back in two days time to do the job. I later texted and said I was cancelling the re-tint as I did not feel safe with the management staff in my home and would leave feedback for them. The staff texted "Sorry you feel this way Judy - you are the first person in 20 years to have this opinion, we have wonderful comments on the Internet. I feel for you Judy. I will look forward to reading your untruths. How inappropriate. Do not use these people for home tinting, especially if you have a non-standard tinting request. I am keeping the tint on the wrong windows - for now...
