I had hospital and extras cover with a different provider. However I thought I should look around for a better deal. I was happy with the extras cover that I already have, however I wasnt happy with the hospital cover. I rang bupa and the service was unreal, I was able to do everything over the phone. The guy I was talking to gave me his email and said that I could contact him if I had any questions. I did email him and was amazed that I got a reply in less than five minutes. I ended up changing the hospiatl cover to bupa, they were $13 a month cheaper and I get the second month free too which was great.

I am with another insurance provider, but I was walking past the other day and thought there was no harm in checking out the competition. The guy who served me was great, he wasn't pushy at all, and gave me lots of information.

this is great. went in the other day to do a speech claim and the man asked was i happy with my plan. he ended up giving me a better plan and saving me money. can't beat that. very helpful.
