They have made huge changes to their customer service and its showing. Fantastic all round. The had everything i needed and that always makes for a good store!

I love this Bunnings store! I go here all the time. They have excellent friendly staff. I once had this gentleman help me for over half an hour trying to help me pick the right pot for my lemon tree and the whole time, he was patient, friendly and extremely helpful.

After a major stuff up of advice given from one of the bunnings staff members i finally found one that knew what he was talking about, he helped me out with returns and repurchasing and finding all the bits and pieces for approx half an hour! he was fantastic!
